Friends now for over a decade, Fran is one of the kindest, sweetest, and undeniably the most fashionable chick I know. If you ever have the pleasure of meeting her, you'll know that she is 100x more awesome than I could ever put into words. Plus, she laughs at all my jokes even when I know they're not funny. :)
With all the traveling I plan on doing this year, I won't get to see Fran much. So today, we spent the afternoon together outside and caught up on life. After some much needed girl time which includes a healthy dose of coffee and shopping, we drove to a nearby park in Bayside only to be disappointed by the lack of evidence of Spring. The trees were bare and the leaves were brown. It feels more like Fall than Spring. Despite the barely there ambience, I convinced Fran to do a photoshoot with me (because every new Fashion Blogger should get a bit of practice in front of the camera). Though I only had my iPhone on me, I managed to take a few shots of this cutie in her casual Sunday outfit... which by the way looks more put together than all my outfits for the past 2 weeks combined (major cabin fever while at home - I'm about to change this very soon).
